Terms of sale
These terms govern all purchases made through Private Watch House. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

1. General
Private Watch House (12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France) operates an online boutique selling premium watch replicas. All products are described as high-end replicas and not genuine branded merchandise from the original manufacturer.
2. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed once submitted through our checkout. Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, or USDT TRC-20) to the wallet address displayed at checkout. An order is considered paid only after on-chain confirmation by our team.
Prices are listed in USD. Crypto amounts are calculated at the rate displayed at checkout and must be sent in full to validate the order.
3. Shipping
Insured international shipping is included. Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after payment confirmation, including customs clearance managed by our team. Full details are available on our shipping page.
4. Customs clearance
We handle all customs clearance, import duties, and documentation. You pay nothing extra at delivery. See our customs page for more information.
5. Returns & refunds
If the watch received does not match the product description, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed in cryptocurrency to the original payment method where possible, within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty
A 2-year quality warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, water exposure beyond stated specifications, or normal wear.
7. Limitation of liability
Private Watch House is not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order paid by the customer.
8. Intellectual property
Brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Private Watch House is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rolex SA or any luxury watch manufacturer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence where applicable.
